Normally, the order amount we requested for each shipment is not less
than USD5000.If your oder is less than USD5000,a surcharge
will be applied.

What items have MOQ for each color when order?
Some item need a MOQ for color selection because of the color dying work.
They are paper raffia, paper cord, organza bags,satin ribbons,organza
ribbons,weaven ribbons,velvet pouch.Of course,if we found the exact colors
stocked which meet your requirement.The quantity will not be limited.
We will advise you MOQ after check the stock.
How to send the artwork?
Your can send the artwork by CD via courier or via email.We normally require
AI format.
How much are the samples cost?
Samples for customers which have ever placed order with us is free. For
new customers,if samples cost is not more than USD50.00, it's free.
What's the lead time of requested samples?
Within 3 working days.
What methods of payment do Wello Gift accept ?
The payment we accept is by T/T 30% before production,70% before shipment,
or L/C at sight.
What are the delivery terms form Wello Gift?

How Long is the lead time for customer's order?
Normally,our lead time is 50 days after receipt of your down payment or
L/C.We can adjust our production shedule to handle some special's rush
orders to catch up with their special needs.
Can we visit your factory and showroom?
Customers will welcome to vist our factory and sit down in our showrom
to talk about the cooperation and business.We can arrange car to pick
you up if you need.
